A studio above a bakery in the 11ème.
Margaux opened a small fitting room in 2018, with two sewing machines and one Singer her mother had given her. The rule she set then is the rule she keeps now: it has to be a piece you'd want to live in for ten years.

Panne velvet from a single mill in Lombardy. Midnight, burgundy, aubergine.

Chantilly, woven on Leavers looms. The only kind worth using.

Tahiti & Akoya
Hand-graded and hand-knotted in our Paris atelier. Never traded.

Cashmere
Inner Mongolia
Brushed in Scotland, knit in Italy. Grade A only.

What we make — and how.
Every piece is cut and sewn in Europe, in workshops where we know the foreman by name. We make in editions of fifty to two hundred. When a piece sells through, we sometimes remake it; often we let it rest.
