Made-to-order pieces

Pieces marked "made to order" are cut specifically for you. These are final sale — they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Lead times are stated on the product page and confirmed in your order email.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable VAT. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time of order. Currency conversion at checkout is indicative; your card provider applies the rate at settlement.

Shipping

Returns and refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of receipt, in original unworn condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, write to hello@[yourdomain.com] with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are excluded from the right of return unless faulty.
