How to measure.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist — the narrowest point, usually 2–3 cm above your navel.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, usually 20 cm below the waist.
Foot length
Stand on a piece of paper, mark the heel and longest toe, and measure the distance.
